Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
A: While we cannot always guarantee changes, we will do our best to accommodate your request within 24 hours of placing the order. If you need to make edits, please email us at enquiry@kaaeris.com within 24 hours.
For order cancellations, we will also try our best to fulfill your request within the 24-hour window, provided our team has not started processing it. If the order has been processed, cancellations may not be possible.
